Insurance Technology Services (ITS) serves insurance organizations of all sizes across the country. ITS provides system implementation support (including project management, business analysis, forms design, system development, testing, and legacy data conversion), process improvement services (including PMO establishment, quality assurance, and production support), and change management services (including end user training, organizational change planning, and business process reengineering), as well as proprietary insurance platforms for automated functional testing, data migration and technology business management. ITS helps insurance organizations manage and reduce risk by deploying agile teams with exceptional insurance and technical expertise to streamline implementations and boost the capabilities of existing IT staff.

Chris is an IT executive with 30+ years of expanding responsibility in management and technology consulting, including 25 years in the P&C insurance industry. An expert in both insurance and the supporting technologies, Chris has worked with many carriers and vendors in the selection, design, development, and implementation of enterprise insurance systems. Chris began his career with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) where he developed a passion for well-defined methodologies. He has a strong background in both waterfall and agile methodologies and received certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Chris has been a volunteer with the Insurance Accounting & Systems Association (IASA) and is a past president of the Texas Chapter.

Rob is the strategic and tactical lead for all major ITS technology initiatives including our test automation (ITAP), data migration (IDMP), and technology business management (ITBMP) platforms. While Rob has worn several hats over his 30+ years as a software professional (CTO, CIO, chief architect, and lead developer, among others), the fundamental underpinning of all these roles is an unabated zeal for envisioning, designing, and building innovative technical solutions. Prior to joining ITS in 2011, Rob was chief technology officer for a Pennsylvania-based policy system vendor.

He has worked with carriers and insurance-focused organizations across multiple lines of business, supporting initiatives that span core system modernization, data and analytics, systems integration, and operational improvement. Russ has partnered with insurance leaders to deliver outcomes through modern services models, emphasizing disciplined execution, scalability, and measurable business value. His approach blends consultative selling with a strong understanding of delivery, enabling insurance clients to move from strategy to implementation with confidence.

Before being named Vice President of Services, Heather led ITS’s implementation and testing service groups working closely with clients to navigate the complexities of system implementations. Heather has more than 30 years of insurance experience and has performed a wide variety of roles with ITS since 2010. While working in underwriting for a medical malpractice carrier, Heather pursued a technical degree which she leveraged into a successful career in the company’s IT department. She is a past president of the IASA Texas Chapter and served on the board for ten years. Her passion for technology and business started when she joined the Business Professionals of America and won the office education employee of the year award.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a PMI – Agile Certified Practitioner, and a member of the PMI Central Ohio Chapter.

Nora is a seasoned leader with more than 37 years of experience in the insurance IT sector, including roles at the Texas Department of Insurance, multiple carriers, and consulting firms. Since joining ITS in 2010, she has worn many hats across the company, which has deepened her understanding of cross-functional needs and strengthened her ability to lead with agility and insight. As the leader of ITS’s Data Services practice, Nora oversees projects, vendor partnerships, and consultant teams. She drives operational excellence through SOP development, resource management, and adherence to best practices, while also supporting broader ITS functions.
