Chris is an IT executive with 30+ years of expanding responsibility in management and technology consulting, including 25 years in the P&C insurance industry. An expert in both insurance and the supporting technologies, Chris has worked with many carriers and vendors in the selection, design, development, and implementation of enterprise insurance systems. Chris began his career with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) where he developed a passion for well-defined methodologies. He has a strong background in both waterfall and agile methodologies and received certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Chris has been a volunteer with the Insurance Accounting & Systems Association (IASA) and is a past president of the Texas Chapter.

Rob is the strategic and tactical lead for all major ITS technology initiatives including our test automation (ITAP), data migration (IDMP), and technology business management (ITBMP) platforms. While Rob has worn several hats over his 30+ years as a software professional (CTO, CIO, chief architect, and lead developer, among others), the fundamental underpinning of all these roles is an unabated zeal for envisioning, designing, and building innovative technical solutions. Prior to joining ITS in 2011, Rob was chief technology officer for a Pennsylvania-based policy system vendor.

Brad is a sales executive with 30+ years of experience helping insurance companies find solutions to issues that confront them. Brad has worked with carriers of all sizes across multiple lines of business in the areas of claims, policy administration, distribution, investment accounting and reinsurance in both the United States and Europe. Prior to joining ITS, his experience includes both selling and managing sales teams at organizations including Sapiens, Prima Solutions and Princeton Financial Systems.

Before being named Vice President of Services, Heather led ITS’s implementation and testing service groups working closely with clients to navigate the complexities of system implementations. Heather has more than 30 years of insurance experience and has performed a wide variety of roles with ITS since 2010. While working in underwriting for a medical malpractice carrier, Heather pursued a technical degree which she leveraged into a successful career in the company’s IT department. She is a past president of the IASA Texas Chapter and served on the board for ten years. Her passion for technology and business started when she joined the Business Professionals of America and won the office education employee of the year award.

Ken has an unparalleled ability to connect with our clients and deeply understand their project needs due to his 25 years in the insurance industry. Ken honed his skills in leadership through his army service, analytics at NASA working on weather modeling, programming at Progressive, actuarial analysis at Westfield, project management and business analysis at Prima Solutions, product management at National Interstate, and just about everything else there is to know about insurance at Perr&Knight. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a PMI – Agile Certified Practitioner, and a member of the PMI Central Ohio Chapter. With a passion for building and maintaining strong teams, Frank has 25+ years of experience in the insurance technology realm, which includes development, implementation, and support of strategic application systems across a variety of platforms and technologies. Prior to joining ITS, Frank was the CTO at Franklin Mutual Insurance. Frank has earned certifications including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Scrum Master Certified (SMC). Vana prides herself on providing our clients with effective and efficient training solutions. She has more than 20 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry focusing on instructional design, process improvement, and training course development. Prior to joining the ITS team in 2012, Vana worked with a variety of carriers in roles ranging from claims adjuster to director of claims training and process implementation.
